Welcome to Frontmen! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website. By accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transactions.

Acceptance of Terms:

By using our website and making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website.

1. Prices & Payment Terms

Our quotations include freight till our showroom. Freight till site will be under the clients scope.

 

Any damage to the goods during transport & delivery till site will not be our responsibility.

 

Delivery date for goods will be within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of 90% advance payment.

 

We will not be responsible for material unavailibility or delays in delivery due to reasons beyond our control such as model discontinuation, delays in transport & freight, etc. However we will do our best to avoid these incidents and if unavoidable, inform our clients of the same as soon as possible.

 

For sites outside Mumbai Jurisdiction, Travel, Lodging & Conveyance will be charged extra at actuals.

2. Delivery, Freight, Travel & Lodging

Any Quotation generated from this website is valid for 1 week only.

 

Goods once sold will not be returned.

 

Prices uploaded on the website are as per company's MRP Price List. Companies reserve the right to change these prices as and when required due to Dollar, Freight & Custom Duty fluctuations. Price locking / protection will only be guaranteed if 100% payment of the material amount will be received.

 

Any quotation generated includes automation modules as per the number of lights, curtains, AC, TV's, etc, mentioned in the matrix provided above after inspection of the electrical drawings provided to us. Any change in this quantity will change the automation modules & quotation. If the order is cancelled by the client due to any reasons, then 30% of the order amount shall be charged as a termination fee.

 

All services will be terminated if timely payments are not made according to the payment terms. Automation Keypad type, colour, quantity & engraving, once finalised, cannot be changed, cancelled or returned under any circumstances.

3. Scope Of Work

Electrical wiring to be done by the site electrician as per the drawings & instructions provided by us. All the wires for automation have to be FERULLED & placed in the automation distribution board by the site electrician. The electrician is required to be present at the time of installation & commissioning of the automation system for wire identification & assistance.


Our scope of work would be to provide techincal guidance to the site electrician as per the automation drawings provided by us & once electrical wiring is done, to install our automation modules, keypads & program the same. Our engineer will visit the site ONCE after order confirmation WITH ADVANCE to explain the automation drawing to the electrician and give directions as to how the electrical wiring has to be done in the areas where automation system is being deployed. After the visit, in case the site electrician has any doubts regarding the automation wiring, our engineers will be available on voice and video call to clarify the same.


All goods such as AC's, TV's, Fan's, Set Top Box / Media Players, etc are to be purchased by the client only after consulting and testing with us to ensure device is compatible with the system. We shall not be held responsible and no payment will be withheld in case a particular device is not working on the Automation system due to incompatibility.
Automation System deployment will start ONLY ONCE the site is clean, dust free & entire electrical wiring work is complete with ALL lighting fixtures, ceiling fans & networking system installed on site. Programming work will commence ONLY ONCE all electrical white goods such as AC's, Fan's, Curtain Motors, TV's, Set Top Box, Apple TV, Fire TV, Speakers / Soundbars, Alexa / Google Home Speakers, etc have been installed and configured on site.


Once programming is completed, our engineer will give a complete walkthrough of the Automation System, its mobile application, voice commands, & keypad programming / commands. All members of the client's household are required to be present as this would be done only ONCE. If any changes are required in the programming, clients are required to inform our engineer of the same and he will enforce the same. App Installation & Voice commands / mobile scene editing can be done by the clients themselves, training for which will be given during the walkthrough itself. After this any changes or visits required from our side will be on a chargeable basis.


Performance of voice commands is dependant on, network performance, alexa server, google server, etc. Any delays or problems in voice command operation is not an indication of a faulty or improperly working automation system.
Any problems caused to the automation system due to network issues will not be in our scope of work & is not an indication of a faulty or improperly working automation system.
Relocation of any part of the system will be considered a new installation, charges for which will be quoted separately.


In case service visits are required for any work not mentioned in the scope of work above, the same shall be done on a visit charge basis. These rates are subject to change.

4. Warranty & AMC

All service & AMC calls will be attended to during working days (Monday-Saturday) & office hours (11AM-7PM) ONLY with a prior notice of atleast 48 hours to ensure the engineer's schedule for the day is blocked beforehand.


1 Year limited product warranty from the date of installation by the Company. Additional 2 Year product warranty for additional 10% of the system cost.


Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover malfunction due to misuse, accident, vandalism, negligence, power outages, electrical fluctuation & surges, mishandling etc. We shall not be responsible for any incidental and consequential damages arising out of use of these products/system or because of breach in warranty.


All claims for short supply or quality issues must be reported to us within 24 hours on receipt of goods, otherwise the same will not be entertained.


Warranty support for all products is handled directly by their respective company's service department, we shall only co-ordinate the service part.


Warranty does not cover any engineer visits / service that may be required from our side. The same shall be on a visit & service charge basis if the site isn't under AMC.


Repair, service or on site support for products not under AMC will not be in our scope of work. The same shall be done on a visiting charge basis.


Under AMC, our scope of work would be to attend to calls when any product or part of the system under AMC is not working or working improperly. We will take details of the nature of the fault over the telephone to ensure that our engineers carry the necessary equipments during the visit. We will send across a techincian within 48 working hours. The technician will troubleshoot the problem & either fix up the problem or diagnose the faulty component. Repair / Replacement of faulty components will be charged extra. In case of repairs the same shall be on a chargeable basis, irrespective of the outcome of the repair.
